Personal Injury Law

Examples of negligence include car accidents caused by inattentive or drunk drivers or instances where persons were harmed as a result of a unapparent hazards on property owned by others. Family Law
Family law involves prenuptial and separation agreement drafting, and representing clients in divorce and child custody/visitation cases. I have handled numerous family law matters over the course of my 30-year career, during which I have learned the value of empathy in what can be some of the most difficult times in a client’s life.
My experience representing the Department of Social Services in permanency planning, termination of parental rights and other matters pertaining to children have given me a firm foundation as to how the courts view matters pertaining to children and the way it balances the needs of children against those of their parents.

Boundary Disputes
Boundary disputes are cases involving disagreements as to the location of shared property lines, cases involving encroachments of structures from one property onto another, cases involving surveying errors, and disputes regarding the location of easements. It is not uncommon for these cases to involve adverse possession claims. I have experience trying and winning multiday boundary dispute trials.

My practice includes a considerable amount of contract and agreement drafting.
